The Centre is a partnership between Cancer Research UK, the Royal Liverpool University Hospitals Trust, Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology NHS Foundation Trust, the University of Liverpool, Liverpool City Council, Clatterbridge Cancer Research and the Merseyside and Cheshire Cancer Network.
It also has strong research links with Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Alder Hey Children's Foundation Trust, Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust and North West Cancer Research Fund.

The Centre's seminars are held every Friday at 1pm in the Cancer Research UK Centre Lecture Theatre. All welcome to attend. The University of Liverpool offers one of the best Ph.D. programmes in the U.K., and has been ranked 4th in a study of completion rates for Ph.D. students at universities by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE).
